DIRECT SERVICES
care designed around you.
Get the support you need in a way that fits your life right now.
old wounds, life transition, lost motivation, a relationship rough patch, heavy grief, or self-discovery - you don’t have to keep navigating it alone.
HERE ARE SOME WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER.
Whatever brought you here -
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
For when you are carrying something and feel ready to set it down, or at least take a closer look at it.
Maybe it is something that has been there for years, quietly shaping everything. Maybe it is something new that has knocked you sideways. Maybe it is something you can’t quite name yet – that is okay, too. Wherever you are, therapy meets you there.
Our providers have different backgrounds, training, and areas of speciality, but we are all grounded in the same With/And philosophy: attunement, connection, and acceptance of coexisting truths pave the way for healing.
GROUP THERAPY
You are not the only one, and you don’t have to do this alone.
Group therapy is a powerful, underestimated path to healing. It is a place where:
You can ease in. It’s a meaningful way to explore coping strategies and the therapeutic process without having to dive deeper into your deepest stuff right away.
You may feel less alone as you hear from others who have navigated similar struggles.
You will build real skills. Strengthen how you handle your emotions, relationships, and harder life moments.
You can access care within your budget. Groups are more affordable than individual therapy without being less impactful.
COUPLE’S* THERAPY
For when you are carrying something and feel ready to set it down, or at least take a closer look at it.
Every relationship has its own patterns. Some of them work! Some of them lead you back to the same argument, the same distance, the same feeling of not being seen or understood.
Therapy with a partner(s) helps you clearly understand each other’s needs, identify the stuck points , and establish a dynamic built on honest communication and genuine connection.
Couples therapy can be a lifeboat for a relationship in crisis. That said, many partners come in for a "tune-up" during stressful seasons. Newer relationships engage in couples therapy to build a stronger foundation early on.
*A note on language: We use the term “couples” to refer to all relationship structures. With/And fully affirms consensual non-monogamy, open, and poly relationships.
SURGICAL READINESS ASSESSMENTS
For when you’ve decided what you want, we are there to help you get there.
If you're considering gender-affirming surgery, you might need a psychological readiness evaluation and referral letter from a mental health provider. We can help with that process.
We offer surgical readiness assessments for our existing therapy clients and for anyone seeking a referral letter for gender-affirming treatments and procedures.
Over the course of one-to-two sessions, we will discuss your overall mental health, as well as your plans for gender-affirming care, including the associated costs, medical provider, timeline, and post-operative recovery. We practice under the current Standards of Care of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH).
Our job is never to gatekeep your body or second-guess your decision. We are here to help you feel informed, prepared, and grounded as you move forward.
RESTORATIVE JUSTICE
For when something has been broken and you want genuine repair.
Conflict has a way of leaving people stuck — like there's no clear path forward.
Restorative Justice (RJ) at With/And creates a different kind of space. Whether you are looking to build connection within a community before conflict arises, or you are in the middle of something hard and need a way through, our RJ circles bring people together to share their experiences honestly, name what they need, and find a way through together. If harm has occurred, we can work toward something that feels like real accountability and — when possible — genuine repair. Whether you're navigating something personal, within a team, or across a larger group, this process meets you where you are.

We can provide a superbill after each session, which means that if you have out-of-network benefits (many people do; it’s worth a quick call to your insurance to check), you may be reimbursed for a significant portion of the cost.
We also offer equity pricing for those who need it. Not sure what’s possible for your situation? Get in touch! We’re happy to talk it through and figure out what works.
WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
TRAINING
Learning that meets you where you are
With/And cares deeply about the growth and development of mental health clinicians entering our field. We offer structured and supportive opportunities for training at multiple points in the professional development process.
-
Becoming a therapist is not a clean, linear process — and it shouldn't have to feel like one. Supervision at With/And is a place where you can bring the sessions that didn't go the way you planned, the moments you're still turning over in your head, and the questions you're not sure you're supposed to ask yet.
This is space to think out loud, grow in your clinical voice, and do it without pretending you have it all figured out.
We offer supervision to those in practicum, internship, or those working toward independent licensure.
-
A two-semester clinical externship program for students enrolled in clinical or counseling psychology doctoral degree programs.
Expect opportunities for individual and group psychotherapy, evidence-based practice training, weekly individual supervision with a licensed psychologist, and peer consultation.
Stay tuned for more information coming soon!

Healing requires honesty. We name the harmful histories of our community. We reckon with how colonial legacies, capitalist structures, and interlocking systems of power continue to shape our lives. We commit to doing better. We pledge to actively listen to and amplify marginalized voices, to examine how these histories show up in our own practices, and to take meaningful action in how we build relationships, allocate resources, and show up in our community. This is ongoing work. We hold ourselves accountable to it.
