LIVE EVENTS
healing meets community.

Something magical happens when you are in the room together.

There is something special about being in community with fellow cycle breakers, in real time, doing the work. That is what our events are built for.

gather. connect. grow.

WHY SHOW UP IN REAL TIME?

Because some things can’t happen alone.

Pain and trauma often happen in the context of relationships, so healing also needs to happen within relationships.

You can read all the books, follow all the accounts, and still feel like something is missing. That something is often other people. Being witnessed by another person and laughing with them at the same thing, realizing mid-conversation that you are not alone – sometimes, that is the work. This is a space where our community gets to actually be in community.

WHAT WE OFFER

IN-PERSON

  • "THEY DO AN INCREDIBLE JOB of not making people feel afraid to stumble as they learn how to show up."

  • "It was good to hear I AM NOT ALONE."

  • BLACK LIVES MATTER

We stand firmly against anti-Black racism in all its forms. Black lives matter — fully, unconditionally, and without exception. We are committed to listening, learning, and acting in solidarity.

  • BODY TRUST, FAT LIBERATION, & HEALTH AT EVERY SIZE

Every body deserves dignity, respect, and access to care — free from stigma and shame. We reject diet culture and fatphobia, and we affirm that health and worth are not determined by body size.

  • COEXISIT

We believe in the inherent dignity of every faith, worldview, and belief system. We are committed to interfaith understanding and stand against religious discrimination, persecution, and bigotry of all forms.

  • GENDER EQUALITY

We are committed to gender equity for all, including women, non-binary, transgender, agender, and gender-nonconforming people. Dismantling patriarchy and gender-based oppression is central to our values.

  • GLOBAL ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility is a right, not a feature. We are committed to creating spaces, services, and experiences that are fully inclusive of Disabled people — centering their expertise and lived experience in everything we do.

  • KINK & POLY AFFIRMING

Consensual relationship and sexual diversity belong here. We affirm polyamorous, kink, and BDSM communities as part of our broader commitment to liberation — recognizing that who we love and how we love are personal, valid, and deserving of dignity. We value consent, care, and community.

  • LAND, LABOR, & DECOLONIZATION

With/And operates on the ancestral homelands of the Piscataway Conoy, Manahoac, Algonkian, and Iroquois peoples, who stewarded this land for thousands of years before being displaced by colonial expansion. We also honor the enslaved African and African American people whose labor built this region. We believe this acknowledgment extends beyond our own geography — we stand in opposition to genocide, colonialism, and slavery in all forms, wherever they occur and whenever they have occurred, and in solidarity with every people whose land, labor, and lives have been taken from them.

  • LGBTQIA+ PRIDE

We celebrate every identity across the full spectrum of sexuality and gender — including our Black, Indigenous, and People of Color LGBTQ+ community members, whose voices and leadership shaped this movement.

  • NEURODIVERSITY INFINITY

Human minds work in beautifully different ways. We honor and affirm neurodivergent people — including those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Learning Differences. We reject any framing that treats neurological differences as deficiency.

  • PRO-IMMIGRANT

Immigrants and refugees enrich our communities, our culture, and our shared humanity. We stand in full support of immigrant rights, pathways to belonging, and an end to policies rooted in xenophobia and exclusion.

Healing requires honesty. We name the harmful histories of our community. We reckon with how colonial legacies, capitalist structures, and interlocking systems of power continue to shape our lives. We commit to doing better. We pledge to actively listen to and amplify marginalized voices, to examine how these histories show up in our own practices, and to take meaningful action in how we build relationships, allocate resources, and show up in our community. This is ongoing work. We hold ourselves accountable to it.
